June 29th – 30th 2020
hosted by Grenoble INP UGA
The Inclusion training for staff members and students from our partner institutions was organized by the IDEM project in Grenoble. In total, 30 participants were present and actively working together. The training mixed group work and theoretical workshops in an interactive, bottom-up, and friendly format.
The objectives of the training were:
- raise awareness to facilitate inclusion in international exchange programs for underrepresented students
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different stakeholders
- Design an inclusive mobility model using the Universal Design Thinking methodology
The results and ideas that arose from the training will serve IDEM with the further orientation of the project work and especially in developing a mobility model for students facing structural barriers.
