Media Consent Agreement

By registering for and participating in any IDEM Project event, I hereby give my explicit consent for the IDEM Project to collect, use, and publish photographs, videos, or other media in which I may be visible. This includes but is not limited to:

• The official IDEM website (idem-project.eu)
• Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram)
• Promotional materials (e.g., brochures, flyers)
• Presentations, reports, and other project-related documentation

I understand that these visuals may be used to promote the association and its events to the public and to document the IDEM Project’s work. I also agree that group or individual photographs or videos may include my likeness and be published alongside my name for the above mentioned purposes.

Additionally, I acknowledge that if any of the images or videos contain information that may reveal aspects of my ethnic origin, religion, or health (such as skin colour, headgear, or glasses), this consent also extends to the publication and use of such information.

I understand that my participation is voluntary, and I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting the IDEM Project at info@idem-project.eu. However, I acknowledge that any media already published before my withdrawal may not be able to be retracted.
